Recent News read more April 30,2012 BERGERPBL (Q1): As per un-audited quarterly accounts for the 1st quarter ended on 31st March 2012 (Jan'12 to March'12), the Company has reported profit after tax of Tk. 216.27 million with EPS of Tk. 9.33 as against Tk. 221.16 million and Tk. 9.54 respectively for the same period of the previous year. April 05,2012 BERGERPBL In connection with their earlier price sensitive information dated March 13, 2012 (news disseminated by DSE on March 14, 2012), the Company has further informed that NOCFPS will be Tk. 10.98 instead of 6.64 for the year ended on December 31, 2011 and NOCFPS will be Tk. 22.01 instead of Tk. 26.34 for the year ended on December 31, 2010. The Company has regretted for the mistake. March 25,2012 BERGERPBL Normal trading of the shares of the Company will resume on 27.03.2012 after record date. |
